Job summary

Wisenbaker is seeking an Expeditor to manage the daily scheduling and execution of cabinet/ countertop installs and service calls. You will coordinate crews, verify materials, and ensure documentation is accurate to keep projects moving. This role emphasizes organization, problem-solving, and operational precision.

You will support field, design, and service teams, pre-plan upcoming jobs, and maintain timely records. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Your work keeps projects moving smoothly and ensures installers and service teams can perform their best work.What You’ll Be Doing (and Absolutely Crushing It):• Manage daily job schedules and communicate updates with crews and internal teams.• Verify all work orders are complete with accurate notes and materials reserved.• Coordinate and dispatch installers for all jobs, including handling coverage for absences or gaps.• Respond to questions and provide guidance to crews, field teams, and service staff throughout the day.• Update and maintain all job records, emails, and status reports for accuracy and timeliness.• Pre-plan upcoming jobs and review workload for the week (“Look Ahead”).• Support Field, Design, and Service teams to resolve issues and ensure workflow efficiency.• Maintain a positive, motivating attitude and promote a collaborative team environment.What We’re Looking For:• High school diploma or equivalent.• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills under pressure.• Excellent verbal and written communication.• Experience with Wisenbaker processes and Echelon software preferred.• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems quickly.• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs (samples, paperwork, cabinet doors).About The CompanyAt Wisenbaker, we don’t just support the homebuilding industry, we help build it from the ground up.
