Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a motivated Lead Installer to manage window and door installations on a single site, ensuring premium customer experiences from start to finish. You will verify measurements, plan materials, and oversee the crew to deliver high-quality workmanship.

You will train and mentor junior installers, maintain safe work practices, and build rapport with homeowners while representing the company and encouraging positive online reviews.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of window installation and remodeling experience (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of managing job sites and leading crews in construction (preferred).
• Ability to coach and mentor other installers.
• Proven track record of superior workmanship.
• Ability to work 7 a.m.–7 p.m., lift up to 50 pounds, and handle tools.

Responsibilities

• Install windows and doors on a single job site.
• Communicate with homeowners to ensure satisfaction throughout the job.
• Plan pre-arrival materials and confirm measurements.
• Perform routine to complex installations of windows or doors.
• Shut down the work site properly.
• Provide direction and training to installers per company guidelines.
• Represent Renewal by Andersen and engage homeowners, encourage online reviews.
