Andersen Corporation in Middleburg Heights, OH is seeking an Installer Lead II to oversee installation crews across Northeast Ohio, ensuring high-quality window and door installations and safety on every job. You will coordinate material loading, site prep, and precise cuts while upholding company standards.

The role demands hands-on installation experience, ability to lift heavy materials, and strong communication with field technicians and customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Window and Door installation experience.
• Ability to dismantle and reassemble windows, window coverings and hardware.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work practices in construction environments.
• Safety knowledge of all equipment and PPE usage.
• Valid Driver’s License with ability to pass a fleet check.

Responsibilities

• Locate, identify, and load all necessary job site materials from material sheet.
• Prepare openings for installations, including inserts and Full Frame with Brickmold.
• Perform basic aluminum bending (L flange, drip caps, flat rectangles).
• Install proper flashing for install method (drip caps, L flange, new construction).
• Make straight cuts to accurate dimensions within 1/32”.
• Safely extract old windows and doors without damaging property.
• Install Fibrex L trim, F trim, and Flat trim.
• Provide service support as needed.
• Audit truck stock, tools, and products without supervision.
• Provide technical measure functions when needed.
