Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Coppell, TX is hiring a Department Coordinator for our Install Department to coordinate field employees and ensure customer satisfaction. Dispatching or scheduling experience is a plus.

The role focuses on scheduling technicians, managing tickets, supporting billing, and providing quotes with the estimating team. It requires strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication skills and focus on customer service.
• Must have good time management skills, be organized and able to multi-task.
• Experience in a dispatch or high-volume administration field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule technicians to customer job sites and collect, finalize and submit job details.
• Ensure customer COD payments are collected prior to job completion.
• Maintain technicians' schedules and ensure open tickets align with materials, billing and tickets.
• Run, review and manage department reports to meet customer expectations and commitments.
• Assist with billing paperwork and meeting customer billing document requirements.
• Create and maintain service tickets to ensure service dates are met.
• Work with estimating team to provide service quotes when required.
• Assist field techs with troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Provide accurate work orders and picking lists to the warehouse for inventory pulling.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
