Job summary

Wolfer’s Home Services in Oregon is seeking an Install Coordinator to streamline installations from contract signing to completion. You will build packets, process payments, and coordinate permitting, inspections, and rebates. You’ll work closely with accounting and our installs team to ensure accurate documentation and timely progress.

Ideal candidates are organization-driven, customer-focused, and thrive in a collaborative office culture that values service and growth.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of invoicing and/or payment processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Build out job packets and ensure HVAC install teams have what they need.
• Process customer payments quickly and accurately.
• Schedule and oversee the HVAC and Electrical permitting and inspection process.
• Submit rebate paperwork tied to HVAC installations.
• Collaborate with accounting and the install coordination manager to ensure rebates, invoices and registrations are handled correctly.
• Answer phones with a friendly and professional attitude.

What you'll do:

As one of our Install Coordinators, you’ll help keep things running smoothly from the moment a customer signs their install contract all the way up to the finished product (which in this case is a new HVAC system!). You’ll be the go-to person behind the scenes making sure all the puzzle pieces fit together.

Here’s what your day might look like:

• Build out job packets and ensure our HVAC install teams have what they need to succeed.
• Process customer payments quickly and accurately.
• Schedule and oversee the HVAC and Electrical permitting and inspection process for each install job.
• Submit rebate paperwork tied to HVAC installations.
• Work closely with accounting and our install coordination manager to confirm rebates, invoices, and equipment registrations are handled correctly and in a timely manner.
• Answer phones with a friendly and professional attitude, helping our customers feel heard and cared for.

Requirements
