Divine Electric & Plumbing is seeking an Install Coordinator to oversee project timelines for HVAC and electrical installations. You will coordinate schedules between customers, installation crews, subcontractors, and internal teams while maintaining project quality and preparing customers for installation steps.

You will also track progress, assist with permits, purchase orders, job costs, and support data entry, payments, and accounts receivable to ensure a smooth customer and team experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills are required.
• Experience coordinating projects and schedules is helpful.

Responsibilities
