Divine Electric & Plumbing in Marin County is seeking an Electrical Install Lead to manage and perform the installation and upgrade of residential electrical systems. This role blends hands-on work with team leadership and direct customer interaction, ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards.

Strong communication helps explain issues to clients, while detailed service reports and inventory management complete the daily duties.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in residential electrical company.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to install, troubleshoot, and repair wiring, panels, breakers, outlets, lighting, and other residential electrical systems.
• Experience with service upgrades, generator installs, smart home wiring, and low-voltage systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform installation and upgrade of electrical systems in residential settings.
