Job summary

Boothe’s Heating, Air, Plumbing & Electric is seeking an Install Coordinator to join our busy installation department in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will prepare and manage all installation documentation, process permits, update records, and coordinate between Install, Sales, and Finance to ensure a smooth workflow.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and reliable administrative support to help deliver outstanding customer experiences and timely

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Administrative experience in HVAC or home services preferred.
• Strong communication and a detail-oriented approach required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ServiceTitan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain all job documentation for customer installations.
• Process permits and schedule inspections with accuracy and timeliness.
• Review and ensure all paperwork is properly completed and signed.
• Enter and update customer information in the system.
• Post install payments and invoices, and confirm equipment details are recorded.
• Process rebate applications and register equipment warranties.
• Scan, upload, and organize all documentation for easy access.
• Coordinate between the Install, Sales, and Finance teams.
• Provide top-notch customer service via phone and email to customers and distributors.

What You’ll Do

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ServiceTitan experience preferred
• A proactive, “think ahead” mindset with the ability to adapt and solve problems
