Job summary

Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning & plumbing is seeking an Install Apprentice to assist our HVAC Lead Installers with furnace, A/C, boiler, sheet metal and duct work. We offer a strong training path in a leading residential HVAC contractor with nationwide recognition.

Expect a pay structure based on experience with incentives and a commitment to work-life balance, including a 5-day work week and some Sundays. Training opportunities and full benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• EPA certification (Type I/II or Universal) is a plus.
• Acceptable driving record preferred.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Available for long hours, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC equipment installations (Furnaces, Air Conditioners, etc.).
• Assist the Lead Installer and support field operations.
• Perform basic repairs as needed.
• Learn in Four Seasons training facility.

Work/ Job Schedule:

• Every Sunday off (every 20 weeks you are required to work one Sunday)

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform installations of HVAC equipment (Furnaces, Air Conditioners, etc.)
• Assist the Lead Installer
• Perform basic repairs
• Willingness to learn in the Four Seasons training facility
• Other job duties as assigned
