Job summary

Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning & Plumbing seeks an Entry-Level Apprentice Installer to support our HVAC Lead Installers with furnaces, A/C, boilers, sheet metal and duct work. This hands-on role begins with structured training and clear growth potential.

Qualifications

• Acceptable driving record preferred.
• EPA certification (Type I, II, or Universal) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations of HVAC equipment (furnaces, air conditioners, etc.).
• Assist the Lead Installer.
• Perform basic repairs.
• Willingness to learn in the Four Seasons training facility.

Entry-Level Apprentice Installer

We are looking to fill our Entry-Level Apprentice Installer position to assist our HVAC Lead Installers for furnace, A/C, boiler, sheet metal and duct work.

Location: Bedford

Looking to start a hands‑on career in HVAC installation? We offer a structured training program with clear growth and earning potential.

Training & Compensation Tiers

• Tier 1: Initial Training Phase (2–4 weeks) – $16.20/hour while learning the basics.
• Tier 2: Field Training Phase – Performance‑based pay, averaging $16.20‑$25/hour, based on productivity and skill development.
• Tier 3: Entry‑Level Installer – Upon completing training, choose between:
  • Hourly Pay: $20/hour
  • Performance‑Based Pay: Earn $16.20‑$30/hour based on efficiency and completed work.

Work Schedule

• Every Sunday off (every 20 weeks you are required to work one Sunday)

• Must be available to work long hours, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed

Physical Demands

Individuals may need to climb ladders or crawl in an attic or crawl space as needed to access customers' systems. They must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. multiple times within any given shift. They may need to alternate sitting, standing, kneeling or crawling.

Work Environment

The work environment will vary from driving in the company‑issued vehicle to‑/ from customers' home to making periodic stops in the office for paperwork or meetings. The majority of the time will be spent in customer residences where conditions may vary in temperature, space or comfort levels.
