Job summary

Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning & Plumbing in Bedford Park, IL is looking for self-motivated Entry-Level Apprentice Installers to start a hands-on HVAC career. You'll work with furnaces, A/C, boiler, sheet metal and duct work under lead installers.

Position Overview

Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning & Plumbing is the largest residential HVAC contractor in North America. We are seeking self‑motivated Entry‑Level Apprentice Installers who want to become a part of an elite team and start a hands‑on career in HVAC installation. The role involves working with furnace, A/C, boiler, sheet metal and duct work under the guidance of lead installers.

Job Details

Job Location: Bedford Park, IL 60638.Salary Range: $16.60 – $30.00 hourly.

Training & Career Path

• Tier 1: Initial Training Phase (2‑4 weeks) – $16.20/hour while learning the basics.
• Tier 2: Field Training Phase – Performance based pay, averaging $16.20–$25/hour, based on productivity and skill development.
• Tier 3: Entry‑Level Installer – Upon completing training, choose between:
  • Hourly Pay: $20/hour
  • Performance‑Based Pay: $16.20–$30/hour based on efficiency and completed work.

Work Schedule

• Every Sunday off, with a Sunday shift required every 20 weeks.
• Five‑day work weeks with alternating weekend off.
• One job per day to reduce strenuous hours.
• Unlimited earning potential.
