Job summary

Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning & Plumbing in Chicago, IL seeks a Lead Installer to install HVAC systems to company standards and supervise/train installers, delivering a high quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Perform installations of HVAC equipment (Furnaces, Air Conditioners, etc.)

• Responsible for delivery of excellent customer service and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to learn in the Four Seasons training facility

Position Summary:

To install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience. Supervise the work of other installers, and train new installers, maintaining high quality and timely job performance.
