The Recipe Critic is seeking an experienced Instagram Content & Growth Manager to own our Instagram strategy for a national audience. This remote, US-based contract role requires 15-20 hours per week and a proven track record building content strategies, campaigns, and audience growth for a brand.

You'll manage content calendars, publish Reels and Stories, analyze performance, and collaborate with a remote team to drive meaningful growth and engagement for our family-friendly food brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional Instagram management for a brand or creator.
• Experience building and executing Instagram content strategies and campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram analytics and performance metrics.
• Ability to use data to improve engagement and content performance.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute Instagram content strategies that support brand growth and business goals.
• Plan and manage content calendars around recipe launches, seasonal trends, holidays, and campaigns.
• Schedule and publish Reels, carousel posts, Stories, and feed content; write engaging captions.
• Coordinate content launches with internal team and ensure content is optimized for performance.
• Monitor comments and DMs, foster an engaged community, and identify engagement opportunities.
• Track performance and prepare weekly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate affiliate promotions and support sponsored campaigns and partnerships.
