Job summary

Dancing is seeking a part-time social media manager to grow our Instagram audience and build an engaged community around the brand. You will plan, edit, and publish content that showcases our wine and fragrance story, with TikTok and Pinterest as secondary channels.

Work directly with the Founder to shape voice, track trends, and translate vineyard life into visual content. Flexible hours; remote US-based; approximately 15–20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing Instagram for consumer brands.
• Portfolio of Reels shot and edited by you, with at least two exceeding current followers.
• Strong mobile photography and video editing skills.
• Excellent copywriting for captions and hooks.
• Experience with Instagram Insights or Meta Business Suite analytics.
• Experience promoting organic content via Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience in community management and collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Develop content pillars and a monthly calendar to reach new audiences.
• Shoot and edit Reels, carousels, and Stories; on-site shooting at events.
• Translate vineyard life and fragrance notes into visual content.
• Write captions and on-screen text in Dancing voice.
• Track trends and adapt formats to fit the brand.
• Engage with comments and DMs; grow the community.
• Coordinate Instagram Collab posts with partner brands.
• Repurpose content for TikTok and Pinterest.
• Support paid social with top-performing organic content and ads.
