Job summary

The Ruscio Institute LLC is seeking a Social Media Manager to extend Dr. Ruscio’s YouTube content across Instagram, Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok. You will curate content, adapt it for each platform, and drive growth through data-driven testing and iteration.

This 100% remote, contractor role offers 20–30 hours per week with room to grow. You’ll report to the Head of Growth and collaborate with a small team to build authentic, educational wellness content and measurable channel performance.

Qualifications

• 4 years of social media management experience (wellness/digital-creator preferred).
• Proven ability to curate content across multiple platforms with data-driven iteration.
• Strong editing and platform-native optimization skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate YouTube content into platform-native clips for IG, Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• Research trends on health/wellness spaces and platform changes; adapt strategies accordingly.
• Develop and test creative approaches; optimize posting times and formats based on metrics.
• Monitor channel performance and report weekly with actionable insights.
• Oversee comment moderation efforts and guide the moderator team.
