Washoe County School District is seeking an Elementary-Middle-High School Classroom Teacher. The role requires implementing policy and delivering instruction across subjects with a focus on standards alignment and student outcomes.

The teacher will plan, assess, and adapt lessons while maintaining a respectful learning environment. Nevada teaching licensure in the relevant subject area is required or obtainable, with experience guiding diverse learners and using educational technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with student teaching experience.
• Three (3) years of verified contracted teaching experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
• Ability to obtain a valid Nevada teaching license in the relevant subject area/grade level.
• Knowledge of child development and diverse learners; effective teaching skills.
