Overall Responsibilities

This role is essential to the daily operations of the Inspire Coffee House, whose mission is to create an equipping space for adults with disabilities to learn, develop, and be discipled in the workforce while engaging with the community.

We are looking for someone who can lead day-to-day operations, create an exceptional experience for every guest, build a healthy and welcoming team behind the scenes, and turn everyday interactions into meaningful moments of hospitality. You develop people, create systems that bring consistency, and steward the business so it remains both financially sustainable and missionally effective.

This is not a reactive role. It’s for someone who takes ownership, leads with initiative, and enjoys building a culture where employees, volunteers, and customers thrive.
