Grace Church's Inspire Coffee House is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Front Porch Location to lead day-to-day operations, train and develop shift leads and baristas, and create an exceptional guest experience while advancing the organization’s mission to equip adults with disabilities and serve the community.

Qualifications

• Train and develop coffee house shift leads and baristas while investing in both their professional skills and spiritual growth.
• Provide regular coaching and feedback that equips the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the coffee house, ensuring systems are organized, efficient, and consistently executed.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and create a smooth, dependable operation.
• Actively look for opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and expand the customer base.
• Cultivate a welcoming environment where every customer feels valued and cared for.
• Address questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and urgency, working to resolve issues in ways that build trust and loyalty.
• Build positive relationships across the organization while supporting Inspire Coffee House's mission and vision.
