Tyson Foods is seeking an Inspector/Sorter on the 2nd shift to inspect poultry products throughout production for quality, safety, and conformance to standards. You will identify and remove nonconforming products and help maintain efficiency on the line.
The role requires adhering to food safety, animal welfare, biosecurity, and safety procedures, using knives and PPE, and performing other duties as assigned. This is an on-site, full-time position with relocation not offered.
Job Details: The Inspector/Sorter Labor position is responsible for inspecting poultry products throughout the production process to ensure product quality, food safety, and compliance with USDA and company standards. Team members evaluate carcasses and parts for defects, contamination, or other condemnable conditions and take appropriate action to ensure only wholesome products continue through the production process.
