Job summary

Pretium Packaging in Hazle Township, PA is seeking a detailed, hands-on Packer to inspect and package plastic products for shipment worldwide. This full-time, direct-hire role offers strong benefits and growth potential in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You will ensure products meet quality standards, label correctly, and assist with inventory and safety in a clean, organized workstation. Prior packaging or manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging role preferred.
• Attention to detail and the ability to spot defects or inconsistencies.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished plastic products for defects, such as cracks, deformities, or color inconsistencies.
• Package plastic products according to specifications, including selecting appropriate packaging materials and ensuring proper sealing.
• Label packages accurately with product information and any necessary warning labels.
• Monitor and maintain production line efficiency by identifying and resolving any packaging or production issues.
• Communicate any quality concerns or issues to supervisors and collaborate on solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including disposing of waste materials and adhering to safety guidelines.
• Monitor and control inventory of packaging materials and notify supervisors when supplies need to be replenished.
• Other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
