Job description

Position: Inspector Packer I

Location: Forest City, NC

Rate: $19.27/hr + $0.44 shift differential

Shift: 3rd shift (11pm-7am)

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Inspector Packer I will be responsible for inspecting and packaging finished goods.

What you'll be doing:

• Identify safety concerns and detect visual and physical defects in products.
• Maintain production data, including scrap records and work order details.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, walking, stooping, and bending.
• Alert technicians to quality or machine issues.
• Use manual pallet jacks to move materials as needed.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating reliability and initiative.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow good housekeeping practices.
• Prioritize safety and quality in all duties.
• Be flexible to work overtime and weekends as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
