Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking Overnight Packers to join their team. As an Overnight Packer, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the packaging team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Job Title: Overnight Packers

Location: Conover, NC

Pay Range: $15.50 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Pack products efficiently according to company standards.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures.
• Meet production quotas as assigned.

What’s Needed?

• Ability to work 3rd shift hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Previous packing or warehouse experience preferred.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
