Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Property Inspector to ensure our vacation rental homes meet our high-quality standards before and after guest stays. This role is essential in delivering a seamless experience for our guests and homeowners by conducting inspections, identifying maintenance issues, and ensuring each home is presented in pristine condition.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough property inspections before guest arrivals and after departures
• Check for cleanliness, damage, and maintenance issues, reporting any concerns promptly
• Verify that all property amenities (appliances, electronics, pools, hot tubs, etc.) are in working order
• Ensure home staging and presentation align with luxury standards
• Document inspection findings with photos and detailed notes in the company’s system
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services teams to resolve any issues quickly
• Assist in inventory checks for household supplies and linens
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests, vendors, and team members
