Job summary

RealJoy Vacations in Panama City Beach, FL is seeking a fast-paced, detail-oriented property inspector to evaluate vacation rental properties for compliance with company standards. You will verify items such as TVs, drawers, door handles and faucets are functional, and ensure promised amenities are present.

Travel between properties is required; you may perform light maintenance, report major issues to the appropriate departments, and help ready properties for guest and owner arrivals.

Qualifications

Description

We are looking for a fast paced, detail-oriented property inspector to inspect vacation rental properties. In this role, you will evaluate properties for compliance with company standards. You will check commonly used items like tv controllers, drawers, door handles, and faucets to ensure they are functioning properly. You will also check to ensure the property has all items promised to guests by our company. You may be required to perform small maintenance repairs in the event that you detect one during an inspection. You will communicate large maintenance repairs, and other important findings, to the respective departments upon completion of your inspection.
