Responsibilities

• Inspect luxury homes for safety concerns, wear vs. damage, and maintenance readiness.
• Document findings using company systems and required photo standards.
• Apply consistent judgment aligned with brand standards.
• Flag maintenance items that keep homes rental-ready.
• Run deep-dive inspections on higher-value or complex properties.
• Support quality reviews, standards calibration, and mentoring of other inspectors over time.

You will walk our luxury homes and judge them the way a guest will experience them, catching what separates rental-ready from almost ready.

• You are confident making the call in gray areas, telling ordinary wear apart from real damage.
• You are a polished, owner-facing communicator who explains findings plainly.
• You bring 5 or more years of residential inspection, property maintenance, or quality assurance experience.
• You bring a sharp eye for guest-impacting issues in high-end homes.
