This full-time, onsite role requires a minimum of three years of hands-on home or facilities maintenance, a valid driver's license, and superb problem solving, communication, and guest-facing professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic to intermediate handyman repairs across a portfolio of luxury rental homes.
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and general home system issues.
• Represent the Sea Island brand professionally during every guest interaction.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections.
• Document all work orders accurately using the maintenance app.
• Escalate complex issues to the Maintenance Manager with clear notes.

Sea Island is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Sea Island, GA. This is a full-time, onsite role paying $24 to $30 per hour. You will keep luxury rental homes in flawless condition so every guest walks into a five-star experience.

What You Will Do Each Day
