HySafe is seeking an Inspections Project Coordinator to oversee the inspections lifecycle from intake to closeout. You will schedule technicians, coordinate equipment, and communicate with customers while keeping SOPs current.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in field operations or a related technical role.
• Experience with scheduling/inspection software is a plus.
• Some knowledge of ANSI/OSHA inspection standards or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage the inspections project lifecycle: scheduling, execution, and closeout per SOPs.
• Onboard, train, and develop inspection technicians; assist with interviews.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians; coordinate travel, lifts, materials, and logistics.
• Review inspection reports for accuracy; investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure all work complies with ANSI/OSHA standards.
• Pull job information for repair work with Sales.
• Update SOPs and technical process documentation.
• Assist in payroll review for technicians.
• Report on KPIs to the Inspections Leader.
