Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Line Lead to directly manage a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center. You will ensure safe movement of vehicles, achieve production targets, and supervise daily workflows with a focus on safety and quality. This role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and adherence to Carvana’s standards.

The position offers a full-time schedule in our Inspection Center, with opportunities for development and growth within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience using computers.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly production goals.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of the team and provide coaching and feedback.
• Train team on Quality Control standards to minimize rework and delays.
