Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Line Lead, Cosmetic role to supervise and develop a team of hourly associates in the Inspection Center. You will manage vehicle flow, ensure quality standards, and drive production goals in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to multitask while maintaining safety. This is a full-time, on-site position with growth opportunities within the Carvana organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience using computers.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently and work in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely, meeting production and quality goals.
• Meet or exceed inventory production goals daily, weekly and monthly.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of the assigned team; coach and develop members.
• Communicate expectations, performance measures, and goals clearly to the team.
• Lead a team of production associates and collaborate with the Inspection Center GM on repairs and quality decisions.
