Carvana in Gresham, OR is seeking a Parts Supervisor to lead a team in the Inspection Center, ensuring safe movement of vehicles and achieving production and quality goals. This front-line role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and adherence to Carvana’s standards.

You'll manage daily activities, monitor defects, and partner with the General Manager to decide on repairs, training staff, and maintaining a high-volume, high-quality operation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience using computers.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Able to lead a production team in a fast-paced inspection center.

Responsabilités

• Manage movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely.
• Meet inventory and production goals daily, weekly and monthly.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of the assigned team; coach and develop.
• Communicate performance expectations and goals clearly to the team.
• Lead training on Quality Control standards and repairs.
• Identify defects, approve repairs or reject inventory as needed.
• Maintain safety and adherence to Carvana policies and procedures.
• Delegate tasks effectively and manage multiple associates.
