Carvana is seeking a Parts Supervisor to lead a frontline team in our Inspection Center. You will drive daily production and quality metrics, coach staff, and ensure safety and lean process adherence.

You'll supervise workflow, identify improvement areas, and collaborate with the Inspection Center GM to decide on repairs based on cost and vehicle quality. This role requires a proactive, hands-on leader in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with computer systems and inventory processes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrated understanding of reconditioning and lean principles.
• Valid driver's license with clean record (no DUIs).

Responsabilités

• Directly manage and develop a team in an Inspection Center.
• Meet production and quality goals daily, weekly, monthly.
• Coach, develop, and manage team performance.
• Enforce safety, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee day-to-day activities and resolve conflicts.
• Train staff on Quality Control standards and repairs.
• Lead with a focus on reducing re-work and delays.
