Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Line Lead to supervise a team in the Inspection Center in Rocklin, CA. You will manage vehicle flow, uphold safety and quality standards, and drive production goals while coaching team members for performance and growth.

The role requires a hands-on leader who communicates clearly, schedules flexibly, and partners with the General Manager to repair or reject inventory based on cost and quality considerations.

Qualifications

• Experience using computers.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely, meeting production and quality goals.
• Meet or exceed inventory production goals daily, weekly, monthly.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team and develop members.
• Provide coaching, development and performance feedback to the team.
• Train staff on Quality Control standards to minimize re-checks and delays.
