Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Line Lead to supervise and develop a team of hourly associates at the Inspection Center, driving production targets and quality standards. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and ensure safe handling of inventory while adhering to company values.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong computer use, and the ability to lift 60 pounds. It’s a full-time on-site position with potential for growth within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience using computers in a professional setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrated functional expertise in one or more areas pertaining to Carvana’s reconditioning process.
• Demonstrated understanding of current reconditioning processes and lean principles.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUIs and no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years).
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently; standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center while meeting production and quality goals.
• Meet or exceed inventory production goals daily, weekly and monthly.
• Oversee day-to-day activities and identify areas for improvement.
• Coach and develop team; provide feedback and support.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment aligned with Carvana values.
• Communicate performance expectations clearly to team members.
