Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Line Lead to supervise and develop a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center. You will ensure safe movement of vehicles, hit daily production and quality goals, and lead continuous improvement efforts across shifts.

You will coach team members, manage performance, and enforce Carvana’s values. This role requires a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience using computers in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Lean principles and reconditioning process understanding helpful.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center.
• Meet or exceed inventory production goals daily, weekly, monthly.
• Coach and develop team performance; provide feedback and guidance.
