Job summary

Carvana in Greenfield, IN is seeking a Line Lead to supervise a team of hourly associates in our Inspection Center. You will drive production targets, ensure quality standards, and coach staff to improve performance.

You’ll monitor safety, lead by example, coordinate with the General Manager, and ensure repairs and final inspections meet Carvana’s 150-point standards. This full-time role requires leadership, clear communication, and a willingness to work overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience using computers.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in a reconditioning/lean environment is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely and efficiently.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance and quality.
• Communicate expectations, performance metrics, and goals clearly.
• Lead safety and adherence to Carvana policies and procedures.
