Job summary

AXIS Capital in Princeton, NJ invites a seasoned Insights Delivery Lead to steer the delivery, evolution and operational excellence of AXIS' Insights capability. You will lead a team of Insights and Visualization Developers delivering reporting, dashboards, and analytics across the organization, shaping modern Power Platform and AI-enabled experiences.

You will balance stabilizing existing solutions with modernizing the function, partnering with Data & Analytics, Data Product, and AI teams;

Qualifications

Significant experience leading BI, reporting, analytics delivery teams.
Proven experience delivering Power BI solutions and modern analytics platforms.
Experience working in agile delivery environments and driving governance.
Strong leadership and ability to manage stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the Insights Delivery Function and develop a high-performing team.
Deliver business-aligned reporting, dashboards and analytics solutions.
Evolve capabilities toward Power Platform and AI-enabled experiences.
Balance run-the-business with strategic transformation and capability modernization.
Drive delivery excellence, governance, quality and standards across the Insights estate.
Champion transformation within Data & Analytics and partner with cross-functional teams.
