Job summary

Qualifications
- Significant experience leading BI/reporting/analytics delivery teams.
- Demonstrated success with large, complex delivery portfolios.
- Experience delivering solutions using Power BI and modern data platforms.
- Ability to lead through ambiguity and change.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Insights Delivery Function with a high-performing team.
- Translate business requirements into reporting, dashboards and analytics solutions.
- Evolve the capability toward AI-enabled experiences and Copilot Studio developments.
- Balance run and change responsibilities to ensure reliability and future readiness.
- Drive agile practices, governance, quality and standards across the team.
- Collaborate with data governance, architecture and broader D&A programs.
