• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Insights and Visualization Developers.
• Translate business requirements into high-quality reporting, dashboards, performance metrics and analytics solutions.
• Balance run and change by ensuring current reporting remains reliable while delivering future capabilities.
• Drive adoption of Power Platform technologies including Power Apps, Power Automate and AI-enabled solutions.
