Job summary

Gardner White is seeking a Senior Manager, Insights & Analytics to lead the data team and own the analytics strategy. This hands-on leadership role drives KPI definitions, models, and reporting standards while guiding the SAP/Posit migration and self-serve data improvements.

The position reports to the CTO and collaborates with department leaders to turn insights into actionable business decisions, while maintaining data quality and scalable analytics processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years in analytics/data science/BI with leadership experience.
• Advanced SQL with fluency in R or Python; R preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the analytics team; set standards for analysis, reporting, code review, and documentation.
• Own data and reporting roadmap; define platform direction and SAP/Posit Connect migration.
• Build and maintain predictive models and experiments; translate findings into executive recommendations.
• Own weekly business review end-to-end; define KPIs and reporting structures.
