Job summary

Gardner White is seeking a Senior Manager, Insights & Analytics to lead the data team, own the strategy for what the business measures, and stay hands-on in analysis and code while guiding KPI definitions and reporting standards. The role partners with department leaders to shape metrics and reporting across the organization.

The position reports to the CTO and collaborates with the VP, Insights & Analytics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
5+ years in analytics, data science, or BI, with experience leading or mentoring others.
Advanced SQL and strong proficiency in R or Python; R preferred for current estate.
Experience building predictive models and designing experiments.
Experience with an enterprise BI platform (Power BI preferred) and cloud data platform.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the analytics team; set standards for analysis, reporting, code review, and documentation.
Own data and reporting roadmap; define platform direction and SAP migration framework.
Build and maintain predictive models and experiments with VP of Insights & Analytics.
Own weekly business review end-to-end; partner to define KPI structures and certified metrics.
Ensure health of analytics pipelines; scope integrations and document pipelines.
