Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Digital Solutions Manager, Reporting & Insights to accelerate digital capabilities across R&D. This hands-on role combines analytics, automation, and AI to optimize tools, improve decision making, and drive productivity.

The position is on-site in Fort Worth, TX, with responsibilities spanning stakeholder engagement, portfolio management, and building dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and other platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• Fluently read/write/speak English.
• 5 Years of Relevant Experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with R&D stakeholders to understand strategies, workflows, data, user needs, and pain points.
• Translate business needs into use cases, processes, requirements, prototypes, and roadmaps.
• Develop and configure fit-for-purpose solutions within approved platforms and engage IT when enterprise engineering, security, or deployment is required.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support strategic and operational decision making.
