Job summary

Alcon seeks a Digital Solutions professional, Manager, Reporting & Insights, to accelerate digital capabilities across R&D. This hands-on, business-embedded role will configure and enhance platforms, develop agents, and improve decision making.

You will partner with stakeholders, translate needs into use cases, and lead delivery with adoption in mind. The role emphasizes dashboards, analytics, and ai-enabled solutions across regulated environments, with on-site work in Fort Worth, TX or Johns

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
Fluent reading/writing/communication in English.
5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
Experience building reports, dashboards, or BI solutions.
Experience partnering with business functions to deliver digital products, analytics, automation, or AI-enabled solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with R&D stakeholders to understand strategies, workflows, data, user needs, and pain points.
Identify and prioritize opportunities for digital solutions based on business value, feasibility, risk, and reusability.
Translate business needs into clear use cases, requirements, prototypes, and roadmaps.
Develop and configure fit-for-purpose solutions within platforms and engage IT when enterprise support is required.
Lead the business solution delivery and champion adoption and value realization.
Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision making.
Leverage modern analytics tools to transform data into actionable insights.
