Job summary

Alcon in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a Sr. Associate, Sales Operations to collaborate across Customer and Commercial Operations to address business problems through advanced analytics. This onsite role will leverage Tableau and Alteryx to drive operational excellence.

The candidate will translate complex data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making, build dashboards, and partner with IT and business teams to ensure data accuracy. Fort Worth campus is the base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak)

• 3–5 years of experience in operations or business analytics
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau and Alteryx
• Experience with SQL or Python is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to present complex data clearly to stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analytical tools using Tableau and Alteryx to support decision-making
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders
• Collaborate with IT to integrate new data sources and ensure data quality
• Develop and automate workflows in Alteryx for data prep and analytics
• Provide training on Tableau and Alteryx to team members
• Engage in cross-functional projects to improve efficiency
• Stay updated on data analytics tools and trends
• Translate business requirements into solution designs
• Develop SQL queries for ad-hoc analysis and troubleshooting
