Job summary

Kids2 is seeking an Insights Analyst to join the Global Insights & Analytics team. The role focuses on extracting insights from data to guide growth, using reports, dashboards, and presentations. You will own monthly Circana market data reporting for gear and toys and serve as the primary contact for Circana queries.

You will partner with cross‑functional teams, champion fact‑based decisions, and translate data into actionable recommendations for strategic direction.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of analytics or large data analysis experience.
• Syndicated data experience with Circana, Nielsen or similar is a plus.
• Experience managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead regular reporting and analytics using syndicated market data, ecommerce performance, and consumer panels.
• Collect, process, and clean data from various sources.
• Design and refine dashboards and analyses for leaders to assess performance and plan actions.
