Job summary

Group 1001, including Gainbridge, seeks a data-driven executive to own the last mile of insights into business decisions. You’ll translate analytics into outcomes, drive adoption in workflows, and govern AI initiatives within a direct-to-consumer financial services context.

You’ll partner with data and engineering teams to frame problems, own outcomes, and ensure insights are acted upon by leadership and operations across Gainbridge.

Qualifications

• Business acumen and direct-to-consumer financial services understanding.
• Track record of ~a decade leading data or insight work with measurable business impact.
• Ability to interrogate data and models critically without building them yourself.
• Excellent communication and influence with senior stakeholders.
• Applied AI fluency and understanding of where to apply it.

Responsibilities

• Translate Gainbridge strategy into a prioritized set of data/AI problems.
• Turn data and models into a narrative that informs decisions.
• Drive insight into actual workflows and decision moments.
• Shape the AI agenda and govern its use within the domain.
• Co-own every use case with data and engineering teams; frame problems and drive outcomes.
