Job summary

Inspire11 is seeking a Data Scientist to partner with clients on data and digital strategies, including modern data architectures and design thinking. The role involves solving business problems with data, building end-to-end solutions, and communicating methodologies to non-technical stakeholders.

The position requires onsite collaboration at Inspire11 or client locations, with a focus on delivering actionable roadmaps and impactful analytics across projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Data Science experience.
• Fluent in SQL and Python.
• Experience seeing through a data science project from scoping to solution.
• Knowledge of probability, hypothesis testing, research design, and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience communicating results visually.
• Experience deploying models in a cloud environment.
• Experience building apps leveraging GenAI/LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analyses to understand and explain business problems and utilize standard analysis skills.
• Create clear and actionable Data Science roadmaps and supporting business cases.
• Communicate Data Science methodologies to non-technical audiences.
• Work with digital design and engineering practices on end-to-end solutions.
• Identify the right data science and machine learning solution for the client’s problem.
