Job summary

iCapital seeks an Associate to join the Platform Technology Support team, focusing on Insight, Learning Center, and Architect platform features. This role blends client empathy with technical troubleshooting in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will partner with Product Managers, Relationship Managers, Operations, and Annuities clients to configure features, enable access, and maintain smooth entitlement workflows, while building education content and handling CE credit processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2 to 5+ years in a client technical support or data entry/programming role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and business intelligence tools; SQL a plus.
• Experience with support ticketing tools and technical troubleshooting.
• Detail-oriented and able to analyze systems to resolve issues.
• Self-starter with ownership, able to work independently.
• Familiar with alternative investments and financial technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure platform features and client entitlements.
• Configure courses and enable tools for clients.
• Respond to escalations via case management.
• Add education content to Learning Center.
• File CE Credit applications and reports.
• Document processes and issues for new solutions.
