Job summary

iCapital is seeking an Analyst or Associate to support Product Managers in the Independent Advisor Solutions business. The role focuses on data, reporting, and marketing content across multiple investment products and channels.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to deploy workflow tools, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities, while contributing to market research and dashboard development for product, investment, and sales teams.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of relevant experience in financial services (e.g., private equity, investment banking, capital markets, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Able to problem-solve and make logical business recommendations in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor with an entrepreneurial attitude and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support management and maintenance of product-related data, reporting, and marketing content.
• Partner with Product Managers to develop workflow optimization tools and AI capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency via automation and tech solutions.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to support strategy and BD.
• Develop dashboards and reporting solutions for product, investment, and sales teams.
• Support product monitoring, portfolio reporting, and regulatory/tax oversight.
• Coordinate with external partners and platforms for information sharing.
• Assist with due diligence, RFPs, questionnaires, and onboarding docs.
• Contribute to ad hoc analyses and strategic initiatives as needed.
• Document meetings, track actions, and support project follow-ups.
