Job summary

Centerra Group is seeking an Insider Threat Detection Analyst to support enterprise security operations by identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting potential insider threats and related risks affecting personnel, facilities, and information.

The role requires analyzing data from multiple sources, producing threat assessments, and collaborating with security, HR, legal, and operations to mitigate vulnerabilities and respond to incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; education may be substituted with experience.
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph or ability to obtain polygraph.
• Minimum four years of experience in intelligence analysis, insider threat, investigations, or related security fields.
• Knowledge of threat monitoring platforms and intelligence analysis tools preferred.
• Experience with OSINT sources and mult-source integration.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess insider threat indicators and related security risks.
• Conduct intelligence-driven investigations of misconduct, workplace violence, and sensitive security matters.
• Analyze information from internal, government, and open-source sources to identify emerging threats.
• Produce threat assessments, reports, and situational awareness updates for leadership.
• Collaborate with security, HR, legal, and operations to mitigate threats and vulnerabilities.
• Support incident response and provide analytical assistance during security events.
