Job summary

Centerra Group in Arlington, VA seeks a Security Incident and Insider Threat Risk Manager to lead insider threat programs, incident response, and risk management across client environments. You will coordinate threat detection, investigations, and reporting while acting as the primary liaison between operations, customers, and corporate leadership.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, a bachelor’s degree, and at least six years in security, with two years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government TS/SCI clearance with polygraph or ability to obtain one.
• Six+ years of experience in insider threat, security operations, or risk management.
• Two+ years of leadership or supervisory experience managing teams.
• CCITP or similar certification is preferred.
• Experience supporting insider threat and security investigations for federal or corporate programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee insider threat, security incident response, and risk management activities.
• Lead threat detection, investigations, and program support across functions.
• Serve as primary contact for customer stakeholders on insider threat and incidents.
• Monitor performance, budgets, and schedules to meet contractual requirements.
• Develop staffing plans, training, and professional development for staff.
• Prepare reports and brief leadership and customer representatives.
